According to data released by the NDRC, from 30th Jan to 3rd Feb, pork prices have plunged to a low level. NRDC announced that they will work with relevant authorities to carry out national collection and reserve of pork. This means that state-reserved pork will be released to the market soon. Experts from the Ministry of Agriculture predicted that pork prices will rebound from the second season, but the extend of pork price increase will not be as big as last year.
