This year’s Typhoon No.12 moved into sea surface in the south east of China in the early morning on Sep 13th, and landed in the coastal area from Wenling, Zhejiang Province to Zhoushan the next day. The Central Meteorological Observatory has upgraded the typhoon warning to orange, second only to the highest level of red warning. At present, it will affect 12 provinces and cities. Shanghai Port, Ningbo Zhoushan Port and various other ports have announced the suspension of loading operations to take effect.
