The Speaks-Person of China’s National Bureau of Statistics has stated recently that China’s Food Price Index in July has increased by 6.3% compared with the same time last year, and increased by 3.4% compared with last month. He also released that China’s domestic pork prices have risen by 20.2% compared with the same time last year, and decreased by 6% compared with last month. The capacity of live hog is at a reasonable level. The market adjustment measures conducted earlier this year plays an important role in stabilizing supply and demand. China’s pork price won’t spike dramatically.
